Registration fees

The price for the Networking Event includes VAT.

The registration includes:

• Admission to all Scientific Sessions
• Admission to the Exhibition area
• Refreshment during the symposium (coffee breaks, lunch)
• Pocket program

How to Register

To register for the Symposium, please fill in the on-line Registration Form. The registration process consists of three easy steps:

1. Fill out the Personal data form and receive a password
2. Click the Registration button and choose your Registration. In the second step, you can purchase ticket to the social program.

Methods of Payment

Networking Event must be paid in EUR/CZK by one of the following methods:

1. Credit or Debit Card (preferred option)

For credit or debit card payments, please use the Online Payment System. The system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration. The system accepts the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard/Eurocard and Visa.

2. Bank Transfer

The bank details including the 10-digit payment identifier will be automatically sent to your email address after submitting the on-line form. Please note that payments without this payment identifier will not be identified and the registration will not be confirmed.

Please note that bank transfer payments will only be accepted by 30 November 2024. After this date, only payments by credit/debit cards will be accepted using the Online Payment System.

All bank transfer amounts should be minus bank charges. Any banking fees accrued from the transfer is the responsibility of each party.

Final Invoice

The final invoice will be sent automatically to your e-mail address within 14 days from the receipt of the payment.

If you are registered for the CESN-CASN symposium and you can’t attend it, please inform us by e-mail at cesn2024@guarant.cz.

If you are prevented from attending, you will be allowed to send a colleague to your place. Name changes should be reported in writing to the CESN-CASN 2024 Secretariat at cesn2024@guarant.cz.No name change will be possible after 30 November 2024.
